Nicole De Taeye has many years of experience in French property law, working on behalf of Dutch individuals. She works in collaboration with Dutch notaries.

Law degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and post graduate diploma in International Relations at the Université d’Aix Marseille.


Working at the French Desk of various law firms and notary offices in Amsterdam: Voorneman Geenen Notary Office, Loeff Claeys Verbeke, later Landwell, in the department of Real Estate France.
Since 2012 Nicole has her own legal practice named France Passage. Nicole advises and assists Dutch individuals with questions about Real Estate in France, and helps French individuals or firms to set up a company in the Netherlands.
In addition, she offers legal French translations.


Member of the CCI (The French Chamber of Commerce).

Recent activities:

  • Legal follow up of the sale of a property in France by Dutch clients
  • Legal follow up of the constitution of a Dutch company by French clients.
